In the June 2021 survey the Public Opinion Research Centre examined two questions related to evaluation of material living conditions of respondent's households, and to expectation of development of these conditions in this year. A half (51%) of Czechs evaluates material living conditions of their households as good, 39% think they are neither good, nor bad and 10% consider them to be bad.

Three fifths (61%) of Czechs expect no change of their current material living conditions, according to one fifth (20%) they will improve, and 15% think that material living conditions of their households will worsen in this year.
